Mighty Minds Resources

A message from Miss Hughes:

Hello,

This pack has been put together for children who have been in one of my Mighty Minds groups. Everything is a little bit strange and different at the moment, which might make some of us feel anxious, scared, or worried. We might feel sad or frustrated that we can’t do everything that we would usually do and see everyone that we would usually see. These feelings are normal and okay! Because you have done the Mighty Minds programme, you will have already developed lots of skills that will help you to deal with these thoughts and feelings. In this pack I have included resources to remind you of things that you can do to help yourself to feel calmer and happier. (If you are not sure where to start, I recommend that you start with one of the breathing exercises - this is something you can do anytime and anywhere, that will instantly make you feel a bit calmer.)

Keep smiling,

Miss Hughes.
