Mental Health and Wellbeing

This pack has been put together for children when things in life make them feel anxious, scared, or worried. Sometimes when we might feel sad or frustrated that we can’t do everything that we want or would like too. These feelings are normal and okay! The Mighty Minds programme allows you to develop lots of skills that will help you to deal with these thoughts and feelings.


In this pack are resources to remind you of things that you can do to help yourself to feel calmer and happier. (If you are not sure where to start, we recommend that you start with one of the breathing exercises - this is something you can do anytime and anywhere, that will instantly make you feel a bit calmer.)
