Experienced Integrated Resource Class teacher Full-Time

Temporary from 1st September 2026 until 31st March 2027 or the earlier return of the postholder

 

Sheffield South East Trust (SSET) formed in 2016 and unites seven local primary schools. The schools within the Trust work closely together for the benefit of the children and communities they serve. There are many opportunities for support, training and networking between the schools.

 

Woodhouse West Integrated Resource is a x10 place SEND Provision for children with Social, Communication and Interaction Needs.  These are placed by the Local Authority and all have an EHCP with needs that require significant levels of provision.  Children in our Integrated Resource access skilled, bespoke activities across the week, alongside planned time in their mainstream school classrooms.

 

We are looking for an experienced, dynamic and resilient teacher who has high expectations for all pupils, with extensive experience of working with and planning for children with significant Special Educational needs. The successful candidate will need to lead and guide a small team of staff of varying levels of experience to create a dynamic and cohesive team.  They will also work alongside the SENDCO and other Senior Leaders to provide excellent quality teaching and learning, and care for all children, both those attending the IR and in the wider school.

Lunchtime Supervisor

Part-time

Grade 2

£3,174 per annum pro rata

 

Sheffield South East Trust is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and responsible lunchtime supervisor to work at Woodhouse West Primary School starting as soon as possible.

 

 

Sheffield South East Trust (SSET) formed in 2016 and unites seven local primary schools. The schools within the Trust work closely together for the benefit of the children and communities they serve. Woodhouse West is a creative, warm and welcoming school in the South East of Sheffield.

 

We are looking for a responsible person to supervise, assist and play with children during the lunchtime period. The successful applicant will be part of the team who supervise children both in the dining hall and the playground. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with children and is very reliable. Taking an interest in the children and their lives at home is an important part of the work we do, and our lunchtime supervisors are vital in building these relationships. Teamwork is very important to us so effective communication and the ability to build positive relationships with all children and colleagues is essential.

 

Hours of work are 1 hour and 10 minutes Monday to Friday during school term time.
